Events can be found on the explore page or through a shared link. To register, you should select your preferred ticket and quantity then click “Get Ticket”. Log in to your Ibloov account (Sign up if you don’t have an account) or get your ticket as a Guest user.

If you initially decide to continue as a Guest user, you can still decide to save your info to signup.

Click on “Get ticket” on the event’s page, select your preferred ticket, register with your details and then proceed to make payment.

The event card on the explore page shows when ticket sales would end or ended. Each ticket also has an indicator of the quantity remaining. Once a ticket is sold out, Visitors will no longer be able to buy it.

Yes, you get a confirmation mail from Paystack and a ticket information mail from ibloov containing your ticket(s) reference and QR code which would be used for check-in.

Event organizers can be contacted via email. Click on the Big blue “Contact Organizer” form on the event page to display the contact form. Enter the details of your enquiry and the Organizer would receive it in their mail immediately.

Event organizers are encouraged to establish safety protocols for their attendees and communicate them through their event pages

We are currently working on a feature that allows people to connect and network with other attendees before the event date. This will be available in subsequent releases.

You can decide to add the event to your Google, Yahoo or Apple calendar and get notifications up until the event date. You will also receive in-app push notifications on your upcoming events if you have the mobile app.

The ticket information sent to your mail or in your account under “My ibloov” on the web app and “My tickets” on the mobile app contains your unique QR code and ticket reference. Depending on the check-in option the Organizer uses, you can either present that to them at the entrance of your event or if the Organizer’s QR code is displayed instead, you will need to scan it from the Mobile app as a logged in user.
